DLK Urban Gospel & Christian Hip Hop Announces the “Plan of Perfection” Remix, Arriving October 9
You already know the message. You know what “Plan of Perfection” is about. But you may not be ready for how it is about to sound.
His plan remains perfect.
The sound is about to change.
On October 9, DLK Urban Gospel & Christian Hip Hop will release a brand-new remix of “Plan of Perfection,” bringing fresh energy and a new rhythmic feel to a song centered on faith, trust, purpose, and believing in God’s plan when the road ahead is not yet clear.
Listeners who know “Plan of Perfection” will recognize its heart and message immediately.
But this time, the music moves differently.
Where previous versions of the song leaned into a slower, more reflective atmosphere, the upcoming remix introduces a livelier groove. It invites listeners not only to reflect on the message, but to feel it.
The message has not changed.
The sound has.
A Message Worth Carrying Forward
At its core, “Plan of Perfection” speaks to something nearly everyone experiences: moments when life does not unfold the way we expected.
Plans change. Doors close. Timing feels uncertain. Questions remain unanswered.
Faith, however, reminds us that what we can see in the moment is only part of the story.
“Plan of Perfection” was created around that idea—the belief that God can be working through circumstances we may not yet understand. His purpose can extend far beyond what we are immediately able to see.
That message remains at the heart of the remix.
The new version is not about replacing the meaning of the original. It is about giving that meaning another way to move.
New Energy. Same Message.
One of the things music does beautifully is allow a familiar message to be experienced in an entirely different way.
The upcoming “Plan of Perfection” Remix takes the reflective foundation of the song and gives it a more energetic, rhythmic character. There is a groove to this version, along with an uplifting pulse that gives the music a more youthful feel.
The meaning, however, remains firmly in place.
It is the kind of interpretation that encourages movement, celebration, and participation. Instead of only sitting with the message, listeners can experience it through a sound that feels more active and immediate.
For DLK Urban Gospel & Christian Hip Hop, that evolution is intentional.
A song with a meaningful message should not be limited to one sound, one generation, or one type of listener. By exploring a different musical direction, “Plan of Perfection” has an opportunity to connect with people who may experience the song and its message in a completely new way.
Reaching Beyond the Original
The remix represents another step in the continuing journey of “Plan of Perfection.”
Each interpretation has allowed a different part of the song to come forward. The slower versions created space for reflection and contemplation. This new remix brings another dimension: joy, movement, and celebration.
The goal remains simple—to allow the message to travel.
Because regardless of tempo, arrangement, or production style, the truth at the center of the song remains the same:
Sometimes we cannot see what God is doing.
Sometimes we do not understand the timing.
And other times the road looks completely different from the one we expected.
But His plan remains perfect.
That is the part that does not change.
