You grant DLK Music and its associated brands a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, publish, and promote the content you submit — including your written responses, biography, photos, artwork, music links, and any other materials — for the purposes of creating your Artist Spotlight feature and promoting related DLK Music content.

2. Areas of Use
Your submitted materials may be used across any DLK Music–owned or affiliated platforms, including but not limited to:

  • DLK Music blogsites
  • Social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest)
  • Email newsletters
  • Promotional graphics or highlight posts
  • Press releases, announcements, or marketing campaigns
  • Digital and print editorial features

DLK Music will not sell your content to third parties or authorize external organizations to use it without your additional written consent.

3. Ownership of Original Work
You retain full ownership of all original content you submit. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership, authorship, or copyright of your work to DLK Music.

4. Artist Representations
By submitting your materials, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the owner or authorized license holder of all submitted content.
  • Your submission does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
  • You have secured permission from all individuals who appear in your photos, artwork, or media assets.

5. Revocation or Modification of Permission
You may request updates, corrections, or removal of your spotlight article or related promotional materials at any time. DLK Music will make reasonable efforts to comply within a practical timeframe.

6. No Financial Compensation
Participation in the DLK Music Artist Spotlight program is voluntary and unpaid. You understand that you will not receive financial compensation for content used in promotional or editorial materials.
